Returns & Refunds

Original pieces, custom work, and limited edition prints are not returnable nor refundable.

Returns are accepted with the following stipulations:
You must contact me to let me know you are returning the item(s).   
You must send me a receipt showing the shipping date, and the tracking number.

When I receive the item(s) back, if they are in good condition, the refund will be processed within 3 business days.

If any of the items are not in good/original condition, or are missing pieces, or damaged, they are not eligible for refund.

If there has been an error on our end, we will remedy the situation with a replacement or a refund, please contact us to discuss.

We cannot be held responsible for damage caused by any carriers or any other handlers. We package things properly but cannot guarantee conditions once they leave our facility. Limited insurance is usually included with USPS shipping, and filing a claim usually falls to the recipient.

Refunds are processed electronically, to the card you used for the original purchase. It may take a few days to show up in your bank.

There is no refund for any shipping charges.
